Eric Leonard founded Building Insights in 2019 to serve the growing market for professionally produced bids that utilise the latest advances in BIM technology and visualisations. He couples this with a deep technical knowledge of construction methodologies gained from a 20 year career working for clients, design teams and contractors across commercial, industrial, residential and institutional sectors

Eric has extensive planning and project control experience in the construction of complex CSA projects. This affords him an understanding of the details required to effectively plan and execute a project whilst clearly understanding its risks and opportunities in advance.
Eric is a keen evangelist of digital construction and champions leading edge digitization workflows including BIM, 5D scheduling, field-based data capture, and analytics for all of our clients.
